I first saw this project on my latest Space Magazine Issue.
It´s so fresh! I love to see this kind of personal compromise.
In Brasil architecture can be way too serious and grey (specially in the academy).

I was selected on the student competitons of the magazine on 2008 with my graduation project. So I won a subscription to the magazine.
It got me really excited about architecture in Asia (some of Australian architecture as well). I like the level of experimentation.
Good architecture in Brasil tends to be very precise and elegant, but a bit boring as well. In university you hear compliments like “it is correct” or “it is interesting” which are very inpersonal… noone ever uses words like “beautyful”… it´s been driving me a little crazy how architects in Brasil never allowes themselves to have any fun!
u r quite right…u r a person of feeling_and _heart… situations in korea is quite similar too…so many architects produce politically correct, and elegant architecture that loo ks the same….not many want to face the truth_meaning_not true to him_herself…
